About the Role

Are you prepared to push the boundaries of technology as an AI Expert? At Netcompany-Intrasoft, you will work alongside highly skilled agile consultant teams on large-scale transformation projects impacting millions of EU citizens.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, set up, and manage an MLOps infrastructure.
• Oversee the lifecycle of ML models, including version control, CI, testing, and disaster recovery.
• Train custom machine learning/deep learning models using both structured and unstructured data.
• Select features, build, and optimize classifiers with machine learning techniques.
• Enhance the quality of machine translation (MT) engines.
• Ensure data quality and create automated anomaly detection systems.
• Process, cleanse, and verify data integrity for analysis.
• Design IT architectures for NLP/ML/AI solutions and manage their implementation.
• Analyze data architecture for consistency and accuracy.
• Conduct security studies and assessments related to information systems.
• Contribute to data management vision, strategy, policy analyses, and derive IT requirements.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate

• Master's degree and 8+ years of experience.
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1+).
• Proficient in managing MLOps/Big Data infrastructure and full lifecycle of ML models.
• Experience with TensorFlow (TFX), PyTorch, Kubeflow or equivalents.
• Experienced with AWS and/or Azure.
• Proficient in Unix and Bash.
• Knowledge of natural language processing systems and agile software development methodologies.
• Familiar with quality control for machine translations and MT quality procedures.
• Knowledge of query languages (SQL, Hive, Pig) and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in corpus-based linguistics, alignment models, and classification methods.
• Expertise in data analytics over large datasets and cloud data solutions.
• Strong communication skills, analysis, problem-solving capabilities, and technical documentation proficiency.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience in an international/multicultural environment.
• Fluency in French (C1) is an advantage.
• Excellent team player with high discretion and integrity.
