Position Overview

Electronic Warfare Associates (EWA) Government Systems, Inc. is on the lookout for a proactive and talented AI Intern. This role is based within our dynamic AI department, where you'll contribute to an ambitious project aimed at creating a portable, standalone signals intelligence platform. This project encompasses a variety of areas including math and theory, signal processing, hardware design and construction, software development, and more.

As an AI Intern, you will select one or two specific areas to specialize in. During your onboarding, we will craft a personalized work plan with clear milestones and goals aligned with your academic focus, ensuring you gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in your chosen field.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Exploring the interaction between math, theory, and machine learning in signals.
• Enhancing existing software to improve code quality.
• Developing secure authentication mechanisms.
• Conducting experimental analysis to evaluate algorithm performance.
• Producing design and fabrication documentation for production.
• Integrating and designing components like GPS dongles and protective enclosures.
• Creating software build processes.
• Planning and documenting long-term project milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must have experience with tools and theories pertinent to their chosen focus area(s) within the project.
