Key Responsibilities

As a Data and AI Consultant, your role will be pivotal in bridging technical solutions with business needs, involving:

• Implementing interdisciplinary projects alongside Guidehouse Managers and Teams.
• Engaging in client conversations to develop data maturity assessments, AI readiness assessments, and strategic roadmaps.
• Working on governance structures and solution architectures to modernize data platforms.
• Utilizing your technical skills in tasks such as data cataloging, developing data pipelines, and aiding AI projects.
• Assisting with strategic planning and stakeholder management to propel our clients towards their future state in data and AI proficiency.

What You Need to Succeed

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain public trust clearance.
• A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of professional experience.
• A robust understanding of data management and AI techniques.
• Analytical skills to partake in exploratory data analysis and strategic decision-making.

Desirable Skills

Prior experience in a consulting role, strong analytical abilities, and advanced technical focus are highly advantageous for this position.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $71,800 to $107,600 annually, complemented by a highly competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and much more.
