Position Overview

As the AI Product Lead at Point72, you'll spearhead initiatives within the Investment Services sector, utilizing advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies. Your role involves innovating solutions that enhance productivity and provide unique insights, overseeing a team of expert AI/ML Researchers and Developers. This key position focuses on the full spectrum of product development processes including ideation, testing, deployment, and the measurement of impacts and challenges across various AI-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Investment Services departments to unearth opportunities for leveraging AI/ML in achieving significant productivity enhancements and unique insights.
• Strategically build and manage a diverse portfolio of use cases, prioritizing based on ROI, operational feasibility, and speed to market.
• Lead and nurture a skilled team of AI Researchers and Developers.
• Manage the product lifecycle from initial idea generation to successful market deployment.
• Maintain transparent communication about the progress, obstacles, and successes of AI/ML initiatives within the firm.
• Work in tandem with other Product Leads and teams across Technology, Compliance and other departments to articulate and refine the firm's overarching AI Strategy.
• Enforce stringent model governance practices to ensure accuracy and mitigate bias throughout our solutions.
• Keep abreast of latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies to continuously integrate cutting-edge tools and methodologies into our processes.

Candidate Profile

• Proven expertise in applying AI/ML technology to enhance business operations.
• Experience in financial services and product management is desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years' professional experience.
• Proven track record in attracting and developing top AI/ML talent.
• Strong communication skills with a knack for clarity and strategic communications.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree in AI, ML, or Data Science is strongly preferred.

Salary and Application Details
