What You'll Do

As the AI Product Lead, Macro, embedded within Point72’s Global Macro business, you will spearhead initiatives using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enhance productivity and deliver unparalleled insights. Your role will involve:

• Leading and managing a skilled team of AI/ML Researchers and Developers.
• Collaborating with Business Heads, investment professionals, and investment services to identify and define AI-driven opportunities and requirements.
• Prioritizing use cases, and overseeing the deployment and scaling of AI/ML solutions to enhance investment workflows, empower Risk Managers, and increase efficiencies across operations.
• Directing all product development phases from ideation to deployment, including prioritization, testing, and metrics-driven progress reporting.
• Working with various teams to shape Point72's AI strategy, infrastructure, architecture, models, and data needs, ensuring each aligns with compliance regulations and model governance standards.

What's Required

• A proven track record of utilizing AI to enhance business outcomes, particularly in macro investing.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience, managing tech teams and attracting top AI/ML talent.
• Advanced degree in AI, ML, Data Science, or similar, backed by at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to the highest ethical standards.
