Position Overview

As an AI Product Owner, you will lead the strategic development and implementation of AI-driven products. This role is crucial in shaping the roadmap for AI initiatives and requires a dynamic blend of leadership, technical proficiency, and visionary thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with project needs and team goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to define refined user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
• Lead sprint planning and review sessions, ensuring clear direction and efficient team workflows.
• Monitor development progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust product strategies as needed.
• Facilitate seamless communication across technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity in product functionalities and delivery timelines.
• Define rigorous testing criteria in conjunction with quality assurance teams to uphold product quality.
• Proactively gather user feedback to continuously enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Remain abreast of the latest AI technologies to boost product effectiveness and delivery.

Requirements

• Solid background as a Product Owner in a tech-driven environment, preferably with expertise in AI or machine learning products.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Streamlit; ability to build POCs or prototypes showcasing AI linguistic services is a plus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AI technologies such as natural language processing, OCR, and Automated Speech Recognition.
• Thorough understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum and adept at integrating these practices into daily operations.
• Proven track record managing the full product development lifecycle from conception to launch.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with top-notch problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
