About the Role

As an AI Product Specialist at Topaz Labs, located in Dallas, TX, you will have the responsibility to enhance our customer experience and engagement. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Assisting customers by resolving queries and providing detailed product insights regarding Photo AI and Gigapixel AI.
• Creating engaging and educational tutorials, videos, and documentation to aid customer understanding and product usage.
• Identifying and implementing opportunities to enrich the overall customer experience.

About You

Ideally, you are someone with a passion for photography and/or photo editing and possess an exceptional work ethic. Your problem-solving skills are rooted in first principles, and you exhibit excellent writing skills. While not mandatory, having read titles like Delivering Happiness, Made to Stick, or Setting the Table would be beneficial.
