Position: AI Prompt & Back-End Engineer (Remote)

We are seeking a talented Prompt Engineer to join our dynamic AI team. As a Prompt & Back-End Engineer, you will design, develop, and refine prompts for AI models, optimizing their performance and enhancing user interactions. Your role will have a significant impact on the effectiveness of our AI solutions, driving the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prompt Design and Development: Create, test, and optimize prompts for accurate, relevant, and context-aware AI responses.
• AI Model Fine-Tuning: Fine-tune AI models using the designed prompts.
• Data Analysis: Analyze AI performance using metrics and user feedback to improve prompt quality.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated with AI advancements and apply knowledge to innovate prompting strategies.
• User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive AI interactions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt engineering processes and best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and developers to align engineering efforts with project goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in AI development, prompt engineering, or related fields.
• Strong back-end development skills in Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain); familiarity with NLP techniques and tools.
• Experience with BPM tools.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for AI prompting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and AI model performance metrics.

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
