About the Role

We are excited to offer the position of AI Research Scientist - Core Learning based in Paris. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about leveraging associative or non-parametric memory methods to enhance the efficiency and generalization capabilities of LLMs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting and publishing groundbreaking research in AI fundamentals.
• Contributing to the open-source community by sharing high-quality code and reproducible results.
• Mentoring a dynamic team of junior scientists, including interns, PhD candidates, and postdoctoral scholars.

Minimum Qualifications

• PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Computer Science.
• Proven expertise in Machine Learning and AI, including both theoretical and practical aspects.
• Ability to manage large scale experiments proficiently using PyTorch.
• Strong skills in organization, teamwork, community engagement, and public speaking.
• Established record of publications in respected venues like NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, and JMLR.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with managing open-source code repositories.
