Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous positions in faculty, industry, or government research roles.
• A Ph.D. and publications in prominent fields including machine learning, AI, statistics, and data science.
• Consistent history of publications and citations, showcasing leadership in modeling problems using AI and ML methodologies.
• Experience in transitioning sophisticated research to practical, production-grade projects.
• Effective communication of research insights to peer audiences.
• Proficiency in programming with Python, C/C++, or C#.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain work authorization in the country of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years of post-PhD work experience in an academic or professional setting with a primary focus on AI research.
• Experience leading small to medium sized teams on technical projects.
• Proven experience with first-author publications at renowned AI conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, and AAAI.
