About the Position

Location: Austin, TX or Chattanooga, TN
Reports To: Senior Director, Business Process and Digital Systems
Department: Technology and Development

Position Summary:

The AI Software Engineer will be pivotal in developing and programming advanced AI models. You will extract and manage data from diverse sources, evolve machine learning models, and seamlessly integrate AI solutions to meet and exceed our operational needs.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and refine AI algorithms using Python, JavaScript, and C++ to manage extensive data efficiently.
• Analyze data and algorithmic patterns to project and enhance accuracy and performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with our dedicated team to integrate AI frameworks smoothly and effectively.
• Contribute to strategy development in alignment with overarching company objectives.

Job Specifications:

Prospective candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 3-5 years of experience with Python, among other qualifications.
