Job Description: AI Software Engineer

As an AI Software Engineer at Talan, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and continuously improving AI algorithms. You will collaborate closely with the head of practice to design, test, and deploy AI-based applications and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning algorithms.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into AI solutions.
• Develop optimized data processing and prepare data upstream.
• Conduct thorough testing to assess the quality, accuracy, and performance of models.
• Prototype solutions based on various AI models.
• Engage in technical foresight to stay updated with AI and machine learning advancements.
• Provide technical pre-sales support to clients.

Required Skills:

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Masters, or a related field; PhD appreciated.
• Profound knowledge in AI, machine learning, or a related area.
• Technical proficiency to learn new AI technologies; understanding relevant market trends.
• Hands-on experience in developing AI-based solutions.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, .NET, among others.
• Deep knowledge of at least one Cloud provider: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platform.
• Strong skills in software engineering and continuous integration pipelines (DevOps).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and writing skills.
