Join Our Team as an AI Solution Architect at Neurons Lab

At Neurons Lab, we are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to build trust with our clients by guiding them through the initial pre-sales stages and rapidly engaging them in services like our GenAI Workshop PoC and GenAI Educational Workshop. This role is pivotal in transforming strategic qualified leads (SQLs) into successful contracts and further developing AI solutions for our clients.

Objective of the Role

• Convert SQLs into signed contracts.
• Transition GenAI PoC service engagements to further AI development services.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Duties:

• Gather requirements during scoping workshops.
• Define the problem space related to the client's business challenges.
• Outline the solution space detailing AI strategies, architecture, and project planning.
• Calculate internal and external project costs.
• Present proposal to potential clients.

Project Duties:

• Lead end-to-end development of AI solutions from proof-of-concept (PoC) to deployment.
• Document best practices and findings from PoC to streamline future projects.
• Contribute to the productization of intellectual property.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong background in business and technical research, including familiarity with McKinsey reports and scientific datasets.
• Comprehensive expertise in AI engineering, frontend prototyping (e.g., Streamlit), and infrastructure (preferably AWS).
• Proficiency in AI model development and project management across the full lifecycle of AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• At least 7 years of direct experience in AI solutions development and 3+ years managing technical AI teams.
• Proven ability in tech communication, public speaking, or technical pre-sales in a consulting environment.
