Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate AI Solutions Delivery Manager, you will play a vital role in the strategic and operational delivery of our advanced AI initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

• Strategic Delivery Oversight: Manage the complete lifecycle of GenAI solution development and delivery, from initial planning to final deployment. Ensure timely completion, adherence to scope, and quality standards.
• Operational Evaluation and Decision Making: Evaluate operational needs, assess technological options, and make strategic decisions based on key trade-offs like performance, availability, and cost.
• Collaborative Leadership: Foster strong relationships with business teams, cloud infrastructure teams, vendors, AI platforms, data platform teams, data science teams, and engineering teams. Ensure alignment and facilitate seamless communication.
• Impact Measurement: Develop and maintain metrics to track the transition of use cases from development to production, focusing on financial impact and efficiency improvements.
• Communication and Deployment: Manage communications related to fixes, enhancements, and new feature deployments. Ensure clarity and alignment across internal stakeholders.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify risks and barriers proactively, develop and implement effective mitigation strategies. Regularly update leadership on status, risks, and opportunities through comprehensive reporting.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years’ experience (or 3+ years with an advanced degree) in technology delivery management, project management, or program management.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies and delivering at speed and scale.
• Experience working with engineers and data scientists towards building products.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira.
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive significant technological initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence management and stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and in highly collaborative team environments.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 1-3+ years’ experience with AI or Machine Learning (ML) solutions delivery.
• Scrum training through experience or coursework.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Understanding of GenAI concepts through experience or coursework.
