Job Responsibilities

• Design and architect innovative solutions using Microsoft Azure, cloud-native technologies, and GitHub Copilot.
• Showcase hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-powered development tools.
• Conduct technical requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and proof-of-concepts to inform solution development.
• Stay updated on emerging Microsoft technologies, including AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• Lead design discussions, present architectural solutions to stakeholders, and address technical concerns.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to ensure solutions meet the highest standards.
• Document technical designs, best practices, and architecture decisions for future reference.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of security best practices to ensure solutions comply with organizational policies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• In-depth understanding of cloud-native architecture principles and best practices.
• Proven experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-powered development tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.

Bonus Points

• Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar technologies in software development workflows.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and practices.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Industry experience in sectors like financial services, healthcare, or retail.
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications
