Key Responsibilities

As an AI/ML Architect, you will:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities for leveraging AI/ML technologies.
• Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions that address complex business problems and deliver tangible results.
• Develop architecture blueprints, technical designs, and implementation plans for AI/ML projects.
• Lead the implementation and deployment of AI/ML models and algorithms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools based on project requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research, methodologies, and tools, and incorporate them into our solution offerings.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop AI/ML service offerings, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase our AI/ML capabilities.
• Mentor and coach junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 7 years in architecting, designing, and implementing AI/ML solutions and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Hands-on experience with popular AI/ML libraries and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Mistral, Llama, or any Hugging Face models) is a huge plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, ReactJS, and NextJS.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related AI/ML services is essential. Azure experience is a huge plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
