The AIML team at Apple is driven by a passion for technology, with a focus on enhancing customer experiences. We are looking for a collaborative Senior Leader to oversee our Global AIML Data Operations team. You will coach and mentor established leaders, fostering quality, innovation, and strong team performance. Your strategic impact on the organization will be significant, requiring you to instill trust within leadership and cultivate partnerships to optimize workflows and business performance. As a forward-thinking leader, you excel in navigating complex business challenges with a thoughtful and organized approach.
As a Senior Leader, you will manage teams across multiple global sites in the US, EMEIA, and APAC regions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing policies, procedures, and quality audits. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop tools and reports for business analysis, including workflow optimization, workforce management, and volume predictions. Reporting on status, achievements, and goals to partners and leadership will be a key part of your role.
You will inspire your teams to generate innovative ideas, achieve strong performance, and maintain high-quality standards. Your duties also include determining staffing requirements, participating in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new leaders. You are responsible for overall team performance, developing leaders, and achieving quality results. Your analytical skills will drive quality and performance, aligning with organizational goals.
At Apple, base pay is a component of a comprehensive compensation package, offering scope for growth as you advance in your role. The base pay range for this position is between $276,600 and $442,000, adjusted based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. As an Apple employee, you can become an Apple shareholder through our employee stock programs, and are eligible for discretionary stock unit awards. Additionally, you can purchase Apple stock at a discount via our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
