Position Summary:

We are in search of a proactive and dynamic AI/ML Engineer to enhance our team. This role centers around the development and implementation of pioneering AI technologies to design novel multi-specific medicines. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain state-of-the-art AI/ML predictive models.
• Lead engineering projects to refine and advance methodologies for ML and Generative AI model development.
• Utilize diverse datasets to construct AI models for predictive analytics in drug target identification and biologics design.
• Design and execute experimental setups for data generation and validation of computational predictions.
• Create computational frameworks to analyze and interpret ML model outputs from a biological perspective.
• Innovate and propose new strategies to advance organizational goals.
• Effectively communicate complex scientific results to a broad audience through clear data visualization techniques.

Key Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computational Sciences (PhD preferred, M.S with extensive experience also considered) with a focus on applications in biology.
• Solid experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning applied to biological data, with proficiency in one or more DL frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Strong coding skills in Python or other programming languages and familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS.
• Experience in NGS, MLOps, or single-cell genomics is a valuable plus.
