Steneral Consulting is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to become a pivotal member of our team. This exciting role will be instrumental in the development of a new division focused on building AI/ML-powered solutions and exploring the implementation of advanced cloud platforms, including Azure and Oracle's data science platform.

Job Description

The Senior AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end setup of MLOps, the integration of model outputs into business user reports using platforms like PowerBI and Oracle Analytics, and the piloting of AI/ML cloud platform adoptions. This position demands expertise in AI/ML model development, deployment, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete lifecycle management of AI/ML models, particularly LLMs fine-tuning and RAG.
• Design and implement robust MLOps processes to ensure effective model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Evaluate, pilot, and adopt Azure, Google, or Oracle's data science/ML cloud platforms based on organizational needs.
• Configure and setup scalable ML platforms on Azure or Oracle from the ground up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems.
• Develop processes for continuous pretraining and fine-tuning of LLM.
• Document technical methodologies, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing and team growth.
• Work closely with developers to integrate model outputs into business user reports using PowerBI or Oracle Analytics.

Qualifications

Education:

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Certifications:

Certifications in Azure ML or Oracle ML, or similar credentials.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Engineering.
• Proven track record in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.
• Expertise in MLOps, including model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies.
• Experience in configuring and setting up ML platforms on Azure or Oracle from scratch.
• Proficient in integrating model outputs into business user reports using PowerBI or Oracle Analytics.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure or Oracle Data Science Cloud, or a strong willingness to learn.
