Responsibilities:

• Develop and launch AI/ML models to address key business challenges.
• Collaborate with various teams to convert business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Utilize large datasets to train and assess AI/ML models.
• Implement advanced statistical and ML methods to derive insights from complex data scenarios.
• Enhance model performance through continuous optimization.
• Create efficient data pipelines for AI model training and deployment.
• Prioritize ongoing learning to stay current with industry trends and innovations.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven expertise (6-9 years) in applied AI/ML environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud-based AI model deployment.
• Experience with data handling, preprocessing, and ETL tools like Airflow.
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern AI/ML algorithms and cloud platforms, primarily AWS.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Backend development skills with expertise in various databases and server-side languages.
• Understanding of SRE best practices and experience with AWS application management tools.
• Familiarity with large language models and the latest advancements in the field.
• Practical knowledge of cloud automation technologies, such as Terraform.
