Job Introduction

Join Coupang's dynamic Support Services Program Management team, where you will lead projects and programs crucial for our organizational success. As a Senior Program Management Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our business, launching new support centers both domestically and internationally, and leading enterprise-wide business projects in collaboration with other teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your skills in handling multiple detailed tasks simultaneously to lead your team.
• Define the complete scope of projects based on business requirements.
• Establish action plans for deliverables and manage project progress.
• Provide guidance in resolving various project risks and issues, and take charge of solving problems directly.
• Collaborate with development, product, and sales teams to explore exciting features and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in project/program/PMO management.
• Adept at adapting to frequent changes and rapid business expansion.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify problems, and devise solutions.
• Experience in deriving insights and solving problems based on data.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to perform data extraction using basic SQL.
• Proficient in using BI tools such as Excel dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Experience in launching new services utilizing AI, ML, RPA, etc.
