Key Responsibilities

As a Senior AI/ML Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing software techniques and advanced machine learning models to address business challenges.

• Integrating AI technologies into our products and services through collaboration with product teams.

• Conducting data exploration and preprocessing to set the stage for effective model training.

• Profiling and optimizing deep learning workloads for enhanced performance in software applications.

• Staying abreast of industry developments in AI/ML and applying this knowledge to refine our solutions.

• Adhering to best software engineering practices such as Agile and DevOps to ensure high code quality and maintainability.

• Mentoring junior engineers and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.

Desired Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 5-10 years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on AI/ML.

• Proven ability in executing ML/DL/AI models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or MxNet.

• Solid experience in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, and Java.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible is highly advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
