Role Overview: Airborne Kill Chain AI/ML Section Leader

This critical role involves leading a talented team of 15-20 engineers focused on innovating and advancing technologies in airborne kill chains. As a Section Leader, you will be at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning research and its applications in air-to-air combat systems.

Key Responsibilities

As a leader in our organization, you will:

• Drive advanced neural network research to address real-world challenges in warfighting.
• Oversee the development and implementation of model-based solutions for mission critical simulations.
• Engage in high-level collaborations with program managers, industry specialists, and our defense community customers.

Who You Are

Ideal candidates should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with extensive experience in engineering, particularly in AI/ML.
• Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 6 years in management and cross-industry collaboration.
• An active U.S. government issued secret security clearance.

Salary and Benefits
