Key Responsibilities

As an Alpha Data Operations Specialist, your main duties will include:

• Ensuring timely and high-quality data delivery to our clients.
• Accurately producing essential metrics daily.
• Conducting thorough root cause analysis for any data discrepancies.
• Supporting both internal and client-centric testing activities leading up to and following production launches, aided by developed testing plans and scripts.
• Contributing insights on product enhancements and requirements within the Alpha Data framework.
• Working collaboratively across teams, including Implementation, Service Management, and IT to share best practices and address issues.

Skills and Experience We Value

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Background in finance or data-related fields, preferably with knowledge in Middle Office Operations, Transaction Management, Corporate Actions, and more.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills combined with a detail-oriented approach.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• An academic degree in Data Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.
