Program Manager Co-op Role – Fall Term in North Reading, MA

We are currently seeking a motivated and talented student for our Program Manager Co-op position, from July - December 2024. Stationed in our North Reading, MA office, this role offers you a chance to work closely with leading professionals in program management, science, and engineering. You'll engage with both existing and new university outreach projects, contributing significantly to the processes and strategies that bolster our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Management of major projects or multiple small projects in university outreach and STEM education.
• Collaboration across technical and non-technical teams to meet project demands.
• Enhancing and applying your project management skills in diverse settings.
• Continuously analyzing and improving project management practices within the team.

Preferred Locations:

While the primary location is in North Reading, MA, there are potential placements across various USA locations.

Who We Are Looking For:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or MBA program with a graduation date of December 2024 or later, and available for a full-time co-op from July to December 2024. We value candidates with experience in project management who are familiar with Gantt chart tools, university recruitment, or STEM-oriented program development.
