Job Description

As an Integration Analyst (Analyst 3) at Western Digital, you'll engage directly with solution architects and business users across global locations to refine and transform business requirements into technical actions. You'll craft functional and technical specifications, lead the development and implementation of integration solutions, and effectively manage critical support issues while improving the overall business processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead discussions on business requirements with solution architects and business users globally.
  • Devise effective technical solutions to business problems and create functional/technical specifications.
  • Support and enhance existing implementations, and spearhead the automation and optimization of business processes.
  • Develop robust data flows between enterprise applications and maintain the integrity of data transfers.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to utilize automation for improving project quality and UAT.
  • Provide training, craft tutorials, and create comprehensive documentation to enhance end-user adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Audit team to ensure compliant data transfers within applications.

Required Qualifications

Prospective candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, and have at least 7 years of experience in integration analysis across various applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle ERP cloud, and more. A strong understanding of Oracle Database concepts, SQL, PL/SQL, shell scripting, Informatica, Tableau, Power BI, and Dev Ops is essential. Outstanding analytical skills, project management abilities, and effective communication are prerequisites for this role.
