You will integrate into the Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting team within the IB&M Finance Business Reporting Team. Our mission is managing comprehensive client and product reports for the IB&M segment. This involves leveraging Data Governance, Analytics, and Product expertise to support our stakeholders effectively.

In This Role

As an Analyst, your role is pivotal in assisting the team to meet key reporting and tech-driven goals. Develop a thorough understanding of IB&M business lines, aiding the team in providing continued value and support in delivery scopes. Your tasks will include producing high-quality analytics focused on enhancing processes by optimizing current reporting metrics, as well as evaluating the impacts of new projects and ensuring seamless integration with other Management Information systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver precise insights and reporting solutions during the month-end processes.
• Consolidate monthly customer metrics for IB&M operations.
• Help develop infrastructure supportive of dynamic reporting needs.
• Create and maintain dashboards for the Finance department and broader Group use.
• Refine the format, structure, and presentation of management information.
• Offer prompt responses to ad-hoc business and IB&M Finance queries.
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement best practice techniques.
• Maintain and enhance data streams linkage to other reporting frameworks.
• Work closely with SUDO for data delivery improvements and system enhancements.

We’re Looking for Candidates Who Have:

• Relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services, or accounting sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL, and visualization tools, including Tableau.
• Exceptional communication skills with a knack for influencing and interpersonal engagement.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-driven approach.
• Experience with Alteryx or other BI tools is beneficial.
• Tertiary qualifications in commerce or a related business field are advantageous.
