Role Overview:

The Analyst, Business Intelligence at Broadridge will manage a variety of responsibilities centered around optimizing business decisions through data. Leveraging advanced statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and comprehensive data analysis, this role requires a proactive approach to deciphering large data sets and translating findings into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the collection, cleaning, and comprehensive analysis of data from multiple sources.
  • Design and present data-driven proposals and results, complete with actionable insights to influence business strategies.
  • Utilize advanced data visualization tools to communicate findings across diverse audiences.
  • Support the development and deployment of machine learning models to tackle significant business challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Maintain and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to support efficient data analysis.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in data science and emerging technologies.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools like Alteryx and visualization software such as Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Experience with programming languages, preferably Python or R, focused on data analysis.
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts with a readiness to apply and expand on these skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and a robust passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities.

Salary and Benefits:

For the Analyst, Business Intelligence position, the salary range is $90,000 to $105,000, varying by experience and location. At Broadridge, we offer a competitive total rewards package that includes a base salary, potential discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
