Job Description

- Identifying operational improvements and discovering solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
- Accountable for accomplishing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's
- Knowledgeable and capable of applying basic work theories/concepts/processes in assigned task areas
- Engage with market partners to comprehend problem-solving; translate business problems to analytical problems; take ownership of specific analyses and translate results back to decision-makers in the business
- Capable of handling, analyzing, and synthesizing vast complex data sets from diverse sources while ensuring data quality and integrity
- Accountable for high-quality and timely completion of specified work deliverables
- Bolster automation of repeatable tasks, report generation, or dashboard update
- With an iterative mindset, develop analyses and reports that will contribute beyond basic tasks
- Write codes that are highly detailed, structured, and computationally efficient
- Contribute towards the development of knowledge assets and reusable modules on GitHub/Wiki
- Capable of generating practical insights that drive decisions in our business operations
- Understands business needs and possesses in-depth knowledge of Tesco processes
- Accountable for accomplishing tasks and transactions within agreed essential metrics

Qualifications

Ability to analyze complex datasets and make them understandable using visual storytelling and visualization tools such as reports and dashboards built with approved tools (Tableau; PyDash)
