The salary range for this role, based in New York is $68,500 to $94,200, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Position Summary:
NADESS (North American Data Excellence Shared Services) partners with teams across PR NA to manage and validate foundational data systems and needs. The team will focus on primary pillars of data: acquisition, governance, communication & quality. The team will take these priorities to effectively provide data expertise and structure across all levels of Pernod Ricard, ultimately driving sustained progression to all local/global initiatives.
The Data Management Analyst will manage and maintain the setup, maintenance and data quality of the existing Data Management structures and systems that actively support customer fulfillment, financial analysis, data warehouse, Product Cloud and other critical business reporting tools. This individual must be knowledgeable in the workings of key PRUSA, PR CCA and other functional areas (E.g. Export, CoPacking) to provide the necessary support to help them manage their businesses. A successful candidate will work closely with NADESS and other cross functional teams to align/prioritize Data Management deliverables and accuracy in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the data structures and maintenance within JDE E1 and daily feeds to Profisee and other database systems related to data tables for order processing, supporting sales/financial reporting and synchronization of key data components being shared to distributor/partners assuring the accuracy and completeness of data tables in E1 and supporting systems.
- Responsible for the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) trading partners and Customer Service errors and oversee all failed transmissions as required.
- Develop and regularly review written procedures/documentation for Data Management maintenance, updating them as necessary to assure they remain accurate and serve as a solid base for training and reference purposes.
- Participate on data quality improvement initiatives, support efficiencies through automation and process improvements
- Maintain daily business functions in E1, Profisee, Connect, Product Cloud, External portals for SGWS and RNDC and any other system used to support daily business functions.
Key Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred in a field such as Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration
Experience / Background:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, and Data Quality domains, and MDM tools.
2+ years of experience in related technologies and languages (Web Services, Java, XML, etc.)
Experience with data profiling, data cleansing, Product/Location hierarchy management.
Experience with MDM algorithms (matching, merging, unification, etc.)
Prior experience or working knowledge of automating manual processes through low code and no code RPA highly preferred.
Clear Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Highly Analytical with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of Data Centers, Cloud Operations, Facilities Management, Engineering and Construction.
Understanding of business process required.
