About the Role
We're hiring highly motivated, self-driven Cyber Security Analysts to protect organizations against advanced threats. As part of our virtual security operations center, you'll gain diverse experiences, responding to incidents in real-time for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
- Perform basic malware analysis.
- Develop processes for incident detection and countermeasures.
- Produce high-quality communications, recommendations, and findings to customer management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in SOC, Malware Analysis, or IR environments.
- Incident Handling: experience with Advanced Persistent Threats, Organized Crime, and Hacktivists.
- Computer Forensic Analysis: proficiency with forensic analysis tools.
- Systems Administration: understanding of system internals.
- Network Forensic Analysis: knowledge of network protocols and analysis tools.
- Malware Analysis: ability to perform static and dynamic analysis.
- Incident Remediation: understanding of targeted attacks and remediation plans.
- Network Operations and Architecture: strong background in secure networks.
- Programming/Scripting: experience with C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, and .NET.
- Emerging Technologies: knowledge of AI and Machine Learning in cybersecurity.
- Prior experience with CrowdStrike Falcon is a plus.

- Capable of completing technical tasks independently.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with Mac OS, Windows, and Unix operating systems.

- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Japanese highly encouraged.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Maths, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.
Shift Details:
The allocated shifts are daytime and span either Mon to Fri, Wed to Sat, or Sun to Wed for a 38-hour work week. Weekend shifts are 4-day work weeks with slightly longer days. Shift changes can be considered based on operational needs.
