Job Description

• Preservation of Vendor Master Data in SAP according to requests;
• Offering 1st level consultancy for queries and problems associated with Vendor Master Data, raised by internal partners;
• Preserving high data quality standards and improvements by adhering to the rules and regulations documented in the procedures;
• Assisting in migration projects;
• Updating the team's working processes;
• Maintaining good communication with the local unit and internal/external customers;
• Setting up and implementing new requirements and processes for Vendor Master Data in close collaboration with the business functions;
• Proactively contributing ideas for process improvements;
• Cleaning activities for Vendor Master Data in SAP;
• Responsible for understanding and applying the procedures subscribed in the area of responsibility, and interdepartmental procedure within SOCOS;
• Carrying out any other tasks related to the area of responsibility as requested by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school or University Diploma;
• English language proficiency;
• A minimum of 2 years education or work experience in fields like finance, logistics, or material management (purchasing);
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Understanding of the significant business processes where master data is utilized;
• Ability to work in a structured and careful manner;
• Technical affinities (SAP);
• Detail-oriented;
• High level of customer and service orientation;
• Excellent communication skills in an intercultural environment;
• Logical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving abilities;
• Positive attitude;
• Independent and proactive behavior;
• Team player with flexibility;
