As a Large Language Model (LLM) Engineer on our team, you'll face a multitude of scientific challenges that will allow you to leverage your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Our team members are passionate about the impact of their work, striving for excellence in every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhancing operational efficiencies of workflows through the innovative use of large language models.
• Applying and evaluating various LLM methodologies, such as prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Integrating LLMs into both standalone applications and broader workflows.
• Developing simple Python applications.
• Conducting statistical analyses and developing machine learning models based on real-world data as outlined in research protocols.
• Preparing abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations for scientific conferences.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics) or a related discipline.
• Advanced programming skills in Python; proficiency in R is also considered.
• Excellent time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Please submit your CV in English.

Preferred Qualities

• Practical experience with Python and/or R.
• Experience in using large language models or machine learning models to address business challenges.
• Familiarity with open-source large language models.
• Knowledge of Shiny, Streamlit, Django, or similar frameworks.
• Experience handling healthcare data.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
