About the Role: People Analyst

We are on the lookout for a passionate People Analyst who believes in our vision of Money Without Borders. In this role, you’ll partner across the People Tribe to drive data-driven decision making and measure the impact of our initiatives. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing the Wiser experience, helping us achieve our mission.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify key business questions and hypotheses, prioritize analytical projects, and drive impact-focused results.
  • Aggregate data from multiple People systems to deliver actionable insights across the employee lifecycle, utilizing storytelling to empower informed talent decisions.
  • Use advanced analytics and data science techniques to solve complex people problems.
  • Upskill the People Tribe in analytical capabilities and ensure accurate interpretation of data from self-serve dashboards and analytics products.
  • Embed analytical thinking into People Projects & initiatives, ensuring we consistently measure the impact of our work.
  • Work across our full people analytics tool stack, enhancing data infrastructure, handling APIs, and managing complex data sets.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record in delivering impactful people analytics solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey compelling stories from complex data and drive actionable insights.
  • Experience in designing and maintaining data assets, leveraging visualization tools for democratizing data access.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of partnering with senior stakeholders and working cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data pipeline management tools like Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow.
  • A background in advanced analytics and data science techniques (e.g., ML, AI) using R or Python.
