Join IQVIA as a Senior Research Analyst, Market Research

Become an integral member of our Market Research team, where you will provide essential expertise and research support across various projects. Reporting to the Principal, Market Research, your role is vital in helping us drive impactful outcomes in the life sciences industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Validate online survey programming through link testing for Quant projects.
• Conduct environmental scans of complex topics and synthesize key findings into client presentations or reports.
• Assist in coding open-ended responses from market research studies.
• Prepare PowerPoint templates, input data, review project templates, and provide validated data to senior staff under the guidance of the Principal, Market Research.
• Contribute to physician recruitment campaigns and support the accuracy of Metrika’s HCP database.

Experience and Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably with pharmaceutical data
• Understanding of the healthcare system related to pharmaceuticals
• Knowledge of specialized therapeutic areas like Oncology
• Ability to work independently or within a team in a multitasking, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of the market research environment
• Capability to synthesize data from various sources to create consistent messaging
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The work environment is generally quiet to moderate. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
