The Role:

As the Analytics & Data Engineering Lead, you’ll spearhead our data initiatives, optimizing our complete data infrastructure to enhance business and customer outcomes. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing customer lifetime value, reducing acquisition costs, and scaling our customer base—all while maintaining cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage our data infrastructure.
• Develop robust data systems that support scalability and minimal downtime.
• Lead high-impact data projects, including COGS modeling and automating data ingestion.
• Create custom dashboards and predictive machine learning models.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term data strategies.
