About the Role:

The position of Analytics Solutions Associate - Data Products within the Commercial Bank’s Data Analytics and Technology (DAT) subdivision rewards a strategic mindset coupled with a profound passion for data analytics. You will lead analytics operations, define work allocation, and track project outputs. Using industry knowledge, you will interpret data to boost quality and spearhead innovation, demanding a proactive attitude and a proven record in coordinating with technology teams and stakeholders primarily located in the U.S.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with essential stakeholders to define data skill gaps and devise training initiatives.
  • Create and sustain an encouraging, teamwork-oriented workspace.
  • Offer subject matter expertise to support downstream teams and stakeholders.
  • Advocate for a data-centric decision-making culture throughout the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Direct and develop operational staff through hiring, coaching, and performance assessments.
  • Showcase leadership in steering the business toward innovative solutions and resolving challenges.
  • Stay abreast of advances in data science, analytics, AI, and incorporate these insights into the business strategy.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for advanced degrees.
  • At least 8 years of experience applying data and analytics in operational environments.
  • Comprehensive experience crafting strategies across large-scale, diverse global settings.
  • Familiarity with data science tools (Python, R, SQL) and methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in project management, strategic execution, and stakeholder interaction.
  • Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, SQL preferred.
  • Superior project management and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of cloud data services, graph databases, and best data management practices.
