Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global team to develop, validate, and deploy cutting-edge solutions focusing on implant technology.
• Enhance tool performance by integrating equipment expertise, process knowledge, and digital tools such as data analysis, machine learning, and AI.
• Boost field workforce productivity.
• Ensure meticulous planning, alignment, and resource allocation for all projects, achieving deliverables and timelines.
• Communicate progress effectively with working-level teams and senior executives.
• Manage, coach, and foster team growth.
• Collaborate and influence broadly to accomplish goals.
• Develop systematic processes to deliver valuable, sustainable solutions, scaling them across the install-base and beyond.
• Comfortable with up to 20% travel, both domestic and international.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE, MSE, ChemE, or related field.
• At least 5 years of semiconductor industry experience with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in people or project/program management is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor equipment and processes.
• Proficiency in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Familiarity with DevOps and MLOps.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.

The salary offered will be based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. In addition to a robust benefits package, candidates may be eligible for bonuses and stock awards.
