We work in close alliance with Go-to-Market, and Product & Engineering teams to maximize customer success and spearhead the development of pioneering AI capabilities. The Role of an Applied AI Engineer

As an Applied AI Engineer at Celonis, your role will be to collaborate directly with customers, understanding their challenges and crafting bespoke AI solutions utilizing our cutting-edge Process Intelligence platform. Your innovative applications will not only solve real-time problems but also be standardized to enhance scalability and impact across our customer network.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Communicating the Celonis AI value proposition clearly and effectively aligning our solutions with client AI strategies.
• Designing prototype AI applications tailored to customer needs that utilize both traditional machine learning and advanced LLM techniques.
• Identifying and structuring scalable use cases across the Celonis platform to drive continuous innovation and growth.
• Partnering with the Product & Engineering teams to influence future product developments based on firsthand customer insights.
• Educating and training internal teams to ensure they are equipped to deploy and advocate our AI solutions effectively.

What We Seek in You:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in developing AI solutions for enterprise-level customers, with a robust portfolio of successful applications.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and analytical mindset, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions under stringent deadlines.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, capable of translating complex technical details into clear actionable insights for diverse audiences.
