Job Overview

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in our Digital Intelligence team, you will have the unique opportunity to tackle end-to-end machine learning challenges. You will work on relevance and ranking problems, scalable feature engineering, and ML Ops tasks to build systems that benefit millions of customers across various business lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects requiring cross-organizational collaboration
• Analyze complex datasets for real-world applications
• Explore new approaches to business problems through theory and experimentation
• Write and deploy production software code
• Anticipate risks in building machine learning solutions and prediction/classification systems
• Communicate complex issues clearly and influence team decisions
• Work transparently across functions and encourage peers to do the same

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or Machine Learning with 2+ years of work experience
• Expertise in one or more of the following: machine learning, graph learning, recommendation systems, network analysis, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, MLOps
• Proficiency in conducting design and code reviews
• Experience leading experienced scientists and mentoring junior members
