About the Role

As an Applied AI Machine Learning Lead, you will be at the forefront of applying advanced machine learning techniques to tackle complex challenges across natural language processing, speech analytics, and recommendation systems. You'll partner with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives that transform our approach to innovative solutions, setting new benchmarks in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cutting-edge machine learning models to address real-world financial challenges.
• Innovate and enhance ML strategies tailored for banking-specific issues.
• Analyze and monitor the performance of machine learning solutions to ensure efficiency and efficacy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Technology, Product Management, and more to seamlessly integrate solutions into our business environment.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and business areas to foster practical and innovative outcomes.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field with extensive hands-on experience in Machine Learning, specifically Deep Learning.
• Strong foundation in NLP advancements like transformer architectures and knowledge distillation.
• Proven expertise in classical ML techniques and demonstrated ability to design effective experiments.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of working collaboratively in high-impact environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in developing and optimizing virtual assistant models.
• Familiarity with continuous integration practices and A/B testing methodologies.
