What You Will Do

As an Applied AI/ML Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing AI/ML models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to garner requirements and convert them into robust technical solutions.
• Designing and constructing data pipelines for AI/ML model processing and transformation.
• Optimizing and enhancing AI/ML model performance and accuracy.
• Deploying AI/ML models into production and maintaining their efficacy and reliability in operational environments.
• Keeping abreast of latest AI/ML technological advancements and methodologies.
• Designing specialized graph data models and managing algorithm optimization.
• Creating and managing ETL pipelines within AWS for streamlined data integration and processing.

Who We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering.
• Expertise in Python and other programming languages with a knack for developing maintainable production-level code.
• Experience with graph databases (e.g., Amazon Neptune, TigerGraph) and large-scale data preprocessing.
• A deep understanding of diverse AI/ML algorithms and techniques such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and NLP.
• Proven skills in deploying and scaling AI/ML models using cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency with ETL tools such as Airflow and Jenkins, and familiarity with DevOps practices for AI modeling.
