Job Summary This role involves supporting the team with data exploration, data audits, and assisting the Architecture & Operations team's objectives of: - Data supply and preparation - Business & IT alignment - Business case development Responsibilities Data Exploration: - Examine data within one or two files to identify trends and relationships between variables - Ensure data quality and lineage through our operating framework - Endorse the ongoing improvement and application of DataOps within the company Ad Hoc Reporting: - Construct visual representations of data to convey information, leading to insights either continually or in response to ad-hoc requests Relationship Management: - Engage with product owners to clarify requests and debrief with the owner/requestor to explain data insights and confirm data product value is met Data Audit and Quality: - Contribute to the governance and quality data within business systems/platforms - Perform follow-up checks to ensure data quality and accuracy Qualifications: - Experience with Data Integration & ETL, Data Quality, Cleansing & Governing, Master Data Management, Data Cataloguing, Data Visualisation - Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools - Enthusiastic collaborator & communicator, proficient in advancing the development of operational data capabilities & rigour cross-functionally - Ability to prioritize strategic requirements, roadmap, & impacts with stakeholders - Strong technical abilities & passion for tooling & automation optimisation - Excellent written & communication skills as well as data-driven storytelling with executive management experience - Global mindset, adept at working in matrix-driven environments - Proven years of related experience preferred - Bachelor's degree preferred in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or relevant engineering discipline Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
