About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Artificial Intelligence Systems Administrator/Tools Engineer III to join our dynamic team in the DMV area, with positions available in Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve:

• Managing and maintaining the organization's AI technologies.
• Overseeing the installation and configuration of AI tools to ensure optimal system availability and performance.
• Working collaboratively with IT teams and other stakeholders to identify and resolve operational issues, developing troubleshooting plans to guide junior staff.
• Maintaining expertise in artificial intelligence technologies and collaborating with fellow AI Systems Tools Engineers.

Basic Qualifications

Candidates should have:

• At least five years of experience in installing, configuring, managing, and maintaining AI systems and technologies.
• A bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• One or more of the following certifications within six months of commencing work: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSCE, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant industry-standard certifications in areas such as Generative AI are advantageous.

Clearance Requirements

This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements

The successful candidate will be stationary over 50% of the time and needs the ability to communicate effectively and handle office productivity machinery.
