Role Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML model development and training.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with generative AI models including GPT-3, DALL-E, and CLIP.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• A solid understanding of deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with excellent independent and team work skills.
• Knowledge in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cutting-edge generative AI models.
• Train and evaluate models on large datasets to ensure quality results.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and integrate this knowledge into projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to realize AI solutions and monitor their performance.
• Lead data experiments and design advanced algorithmic models.
• Mentor junior engineers, ensuring quality and consistency in project outcomes.
• Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions for complex business challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with frameworks like Kore.AI, Langchain, and Haystack.
• Knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services and OpenAI technologies.
• Azure Solutions Architect certification.
• Background in development with .Net, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Oracle database and chatbot frameworks.
