Job Description: Strategic Projects Manager (AI)

We are seeking a Strategic Projects Manager (AI) to accelerate the integration of AI technologies across our global AI Area and Italy operations. Our team focuses on leveraging AI to benefit patients, doctors, and clinics. Operating as a startup within an established company, we understand current technologies and healthcare needs, maintaining close contact with both patients and doctors. We innovate, create, and validate Proof of Concepts, MVPs, and scalable solutions to ensure they deliver real value to users.

In this role, you'll collaborate extensively with central and local teams while also working independently to engage directly with customers, analyze data, and conduct tests and experiments. This position reports directly to the VP of New Ventures/Head of AI and involves:

• Co-building new AI-focused ventures and products from inception to scale
• Conceptualizing, validating, improving, and scaling, in collaboration with our cross-functional AI team and local teams in Italy
• Testing business ideas in real-life scenarios, both digitally and in business offerings, including market entry and product testing
• Engaging potential partners, customers, and users, onboarding initial groups, and gathering feedback
• Analyzing product usage, customer feedback, and providing actionable insights
• Running experiments with AI/LLM tools and making recommendations

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should:

• Be an interdisciplinary entrepreneur with high energy, ownership, and strong communication skills
• Have at least 2+ years of relevant experience in project management, customer success, product management, or research, ideally in a fast-growing environment
• Be proficient in analyzing and synthesizing product usage data to generate actionable insights
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach, adapting quickly to a dynamic work environment and balancing strategic and operational tasks
• Possess excellent project management skills with systematic and detailed organization focused on results
• Have experience in understanding customer pain points, validating hypotheses, conducting market experiments, and setting go-to-market strategies
• Be a native Italian speaker with a good command of English (B2+)

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Expertise or interest in digital marketing and campaign strategies for small businesses
• Experience with AI and ML projects, especially those using LLM-based solutions
• Residence in the Rome or Bologna region
