Job Description:

Maisons du Monde is currently seeking an Assistant Data Analyst (Alternance) to join our dynamic Data team.

The Data department consists of around thirty data experts, including data scientists, data analysts, data engineers, web analysts, project managers for data visualization, and data delivery managers, among others. Your role will involve supporting various business teams such as marketing, supply-chain, e-commerce, and brand communication in utilizing data effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

• Developing competencies in Business Analysis tools (QlikSense, BigQuery).
• Conducting business-oriented analyses for different departments.
• Gathering requirements from different teams.
• Defining the scope of analyses and performance indicators.
• Performing SQL query analysis in BigQuery or creating dashboards in QlikSense.
• Synthesizing findings, providing recommendations, and presenting them to the relevant teams.
• Supporting teams in increasing their proficiency with Data and Analytics tools (QlikSense and Google Analytics).
• Implementing AB tests: validating test protocols and measuring results.

Profile Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Enrolled in a Bac +4/5 program in Business School, Engineering School, or pursuing a university degree in business/data analysis.
• Rigorous, organized, methodical, and dedicated.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Experienced with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with QlikSense and/or Google Analytics (a plus).
• Analytical and able to synthesize information effectively.
