Summary & Role Information

Location: Singapore (Candidates with full working rights in Singapore will be prioritized)

As a crucial member of the Workforce Solutions Innovation Technology team, you will engage with cutting-edge SAP products such as SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite and the Business Technology Platform SaaS. By integrating Artificial Intelligence and Process Automations, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our HR processes with leading-edge AI technology.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Design, implement, and maintain modules or features of application products following specifications and project plans.
• Collaborate with a global IT business technology team on large, complex activities to deliver high-quality results and technical solutions.
• Develop and test sophisticated AI-powered systems to address business challenges, leveraging a wide range of AI and Machine Learning techniques.
• Validate machine learning use cases through proof-of-concepts with Large Language Models using SAP AI Business Technology Platform.
• Utilize SAP Business Technology Platform for building backend services via SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) or Python-flask.
• Explore new AI and technology trends aligned with SAP’s overall strategic directions.
• Apply Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies and participate in all phases including design, coding, testing, and production release.

Experience & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in Software Engineering, focusing on AI and Cloud Platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Experience in natural language processing and Computer Vision techniques.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, various databases (RDBMS, Key-Value, Documents), and software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, tuning techniques, and AI programming frameworks like LangChain, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Skills in system design for scalable, performant, and resilient AI systems.
• Experience with cloud computing technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, SAP/AWS/Azure/GCS).
• Excellent English communication skills.
