Job Role Details

Title: Associate Architect - Machine Learning
Experience Required: 6 to 9 Years
Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, or Trivandrum

Essential Skills

• Minimum 6 years in hands-on technical roles, creating, implementing, and developing cloud ML solutions, particularly on AWS.
• Robust experience with AWS Machine Learning tools, including AWS Sagemaker for managing data sources, training jobs, real-time and batch inference, and processing jobs.
• Experience developing applications using LLMs with Langchain and using GenAI frameworks such as vertexAI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock.
• Proficient in fine-tuning large language models (LLM), Generative AI (GAI), and working with RAG architecture and vector indexing with tools like Opensearch, Elasticsearch.
• Deep understanding of Deep Learning Concepts including Transformers, BERT, and Attention models.
• Strong ability to perform Prompt Engineering, Model Evaluation & Optimization for enhancing performance on specific tasks such as personalized recommendations.
• Skilled in implementing and managing MLOps principles for Gen AI models and a comprehensive grasp of NLP techniques for text representation and modeling.
• Experience in designing software architecture as required and familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, StepFunctions, SageMaker Pipelines, Kubeflow etc.
• Knowledgeable in a variety of machine learning techniques and able to create end-to-end solution architecture for model training, deployment, and retraining using native AWS services.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in the Edtech domain, particularly with customer/workload-specific use cases.
• Background in software development.
