Team Overview

The Analytics Hub functions as a central data and analytics unit across the USCAN RBU, offering critical business and operational insights to stakeholders in various domains such as GTM, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Delivery Operations. We are dedicated to developing forward-looking and predictive insights that empower the executive team to execute their strategic priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an agile delivery lead for business intelligence, crafting a comprehensive US & Canada reporting strategy.
  • Develop a new offshore support model for standard dashboards and reports.
  • Design processes to improve quality delivery across go-to-market strategies, delivery operations, and business performance for all USCAN RBU business lines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in building scalable analytics solutions and developing agile data visualizations to facilitate data storytelling.
  • Proven skills in predictive analytics and AI.
  • Ability to generate actionable business insights from predictive analytics and data.
  • A creative and innovative thinker.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $102,800.00 - $190,800.00. Actual base pay offered may vary based on several factors, including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Depending on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be available, along with a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and other benefits.
